Thank you for visiting my website. My practice focuses on debtor side consumer bankruptcies filed under Chapters 7 and 13 of the Bankruptcy Code. I'm also an experienced landlord/tenant attorney who represents tenants in litigation against their landlords. I have devoted considerable community service to poor and low income San Francisco tenants and have received several awards for my pro bono work in this area. I also have experience as a corporate attorney and assist clients in the formation of corporations, partnerships, limited liability companies, and other business entities.
